About
My name is Mariell and I am a Yoga teacher, Chinese Medicine Therapist and graphic designer.
I am from Sweden, but for many years I lived and worked in California, which is also where my Yoga journey began. This encounter gave my life
an entire new direction. In 2006, I became a certified Yoga teacher and have been offering classes in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin on a regular basis
ever since.
My background is in Bikram Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga and my classes consist of powerful, creative and flowing sequences.
Over the years, I have studied with several of the World’s leading Yoga teachers, such as Shiva Rea Max Strom, Sarah Powers.
For each season I spend in Santa Teresa, it is becoming more and more like a second home while I can escape the cold winters in Sweden.
