Cacao is a sacred plant that has roots in Mayan, Aztec & Incan cultures as a sacred medicine to help open the heart and connect deeply to the self. Cacao is a non psychoactive plant it is known to be the gatekeeper of your heart…meaning cacao opens the gate to your heart and you are the one who walks through to receive the messages.
In a ceremony I will guide you through meditations and somatic practices to connect to the sacred medicine of cacao as well as yourself. This can be done as a group experience and can include energy healing if desired.
