What’s Reiki?
Reiki in Japanese means “universal energy“. It is based on channeling, through the hands, a powerful vibration that flows from the source to oneself or others, helping to heal both the physical body and emotions.
What are Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are the archives that contain the information of all existence. They hold the memory of the entire Universe and allow access to a deep understanding of the Soul and its purpose.
An Akashic Records reading involves opening these files and allowing the information to flow from a spiritual plane into our essence in this plane.
Methodology
Duration: Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The session combines three main techniques: Meditation, Reiki, and Channeling.
Step by Step
- Guided Meditation: We begin the session with a meditation to reduce anxiety, regulate the nervous system, and enter a state of calm. Through this practice, I guide you on a journey to your Akasha, the energetic space where all the information of your being resides.
- Reiki Energy & Messages: For 40 to 60 minutes, you will receive: Reiki energy + messages from your guides, teachers, and your Higher Self. You can bring up to three written questions for clarity or guidance. However, the opening of the Akashic Records always encompasses much more than just the specific questions.
- Feedback & Closing: At the end, we open a therapeutic space to exchange ideas, express what you feel, and reflect on what is asking to be observed or transformed in your life.
