About the Teacher, Jasmin: With over 8 years of personal practice, I bring an authentic and playful approach to my Yoga classes. I’ve taught a variety of classes in Zurich and since completing my 500h advanced certification in 2023 in Costa Rica, I live and teach in the serene settings of Santa Teresa. My classes are dynamic and powerful, yet I believe relaxation should never be neglected. I aim to create a balance between exploring one’s own limits and respecting them, with an emphasis on mindfulness, strength, breathing and alignment.
