Restorative Flow with Anto

Restorative yoga is a practice that’s all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds, your muscles and deep tissues are allowed to relax deeply, releasing fatigue and aiding recovery from illness. It can be an excellent way to relieve stress, enjoy long, meditative stretches, cultivate peace, and appreciate the stillness of your body and mind, as well as working on alignment and breath. In my Restorative class, we also explore gentle fluid movements, yoga therapy practices, and different meditation techniques.

About the Teacher: Anto is not only a yoga instructor but also an holistic therapist. Her journey through healing arts started in 2009 with her studies in psychology. A year later yoga came into her life and since then she continues going deeper and deeper in her practice and teaching, as well as expanding her studies in other healing arts while traveling all around the world. In her classes, whether is a strong or gentle practice, you can expect a very fluid and progressive style of yoga, where movement and breath are synchronized, in order to expand our state of consciousness. Great adjustments, integration of the chakra system, breathing techniques, mantras and voice activation, meditation and sound healing are some of the experiences you will have if you join her class. Yoga is her life, what she shares on the mat is what has genuinely transformed her life, and as she keeps growing through this path her classes are constantly evolving too.
