Slow Vinyasa with Meghan

Unplug from the hustle, and tune-in to the body. This is a flowing practice that moves slowly, but that doesn’t mean that we lose the aspects of strength or challenge. Sometimes slowing things down actually makes them even more difficult! The practice – which includes meditation, pranayama and asana – is dynamic, yet keeps the nervous system calm. Each class will have a different focus and sequence, but will touch on the full body. We end the practice feeling energized and rejuvenated.

About the teacher: Meghan has a background in dance, and has now been teaching yoga and hosting retreats full-time for over 13 years. She has a strong foundation in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. She weaves together a practice that nourishes, challenges and empowers, but also hopes to inspire students to take their practice off their mat to live a life more aligned with yogic values. In helping people to be the best version of themselves possible, Meghan is now starting to expand her work in new directions as a Holistic Sex Coach. She is also available for private yoga classes.
