Integration is the process by which we analyze and clarify the phenomena that arise during a record opening in order to fully harness the potential this technique has to offer.

In the session, a therapeutic space is created based on listening and exchange, with the purpose of clarifying, organizing, and anchoring the information received during the previous opening into the body.

We know that when the Akasha field is opened, we receive the information our soul has for us. However, many times, the mind requires a subsequent integration process to organize and bring understanding and clarity to these messages.

This allows us to shift the information from the mental field into our reality, and from there, begin to manifest the changes our soul is asking us to make.

The information we receive always aims to transform something within us, and consequently, in our external reality.

Therefore, undergoing a subsequent process of integration and understanding will help us manifest these changes with greater ease, as well as set clear objectives.

It is recommended to have the integration session at least one week after the opening.
