A passionate plant-based Chef dedicated to crafting culinary experiences that nourish the body and delight the senses. With a deep-rooted commitment to health & sustainability I draw inspiration from the abundance of local seasonal produce Costa Rica has to offer to create vibrant flavorful dishes.

Encouraging people to live consciously and eat mindfully. Sharing the benefits of a nourishing plant based lifestyle through immersive dining experiences.

BREAKFAST TACOS |papas rancheros, black beans, guacamole

SHAKSHUKA | baked eggs w/tahini, avocado & fresh bread

BANANA PANCAKES | berries, cacao drizzle & maple syrup
