I am a Doula, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Channeler, Coach, and Facilitator of the Sacred Feminine. Lover of writing, the ocean, and life on the move.
For many years, I have guided women in reconnecting with their womb, their cycles, and their menstruation, beginning from my own journey of healing.
I discovered that returning to our feminine body, listening to its rhythms, and recognizing the gifts we hold—like the ability to create life—restores our POWER.
